Institute) va destacar el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"138\">Repartiment modal:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>El 2025 <strong>va augmentar l\u2019\u00fas del transport p\u00fablic<\/strong> a Madrid i Barcelona respecte al 2024, especialment a les seves respectives <strong>corones metropolitanes<\/strong>: del 46,4% al 50,2% a la primera corona de Barcelona, i del 31,0% al 38,4% a la de Madrid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"403\">Nivell de satisfacci\u00f3:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>En l\u00ednia amb edicions anteriors, els <strong>modes individuals<\/strong> (cotxe, moto i bicicleta) continuen registrant <strong>nivells de satisfacci\u00f3 m\u00e9s alts<\/strong> que els modes col\u00b7lectius.<\/li>\n<li>El Bar\u00f2metre 2025 evidencia una <strong>caiguda<\/strong> significativa en la <strong>valoraci\u00f3<\/strong> dels <strong>serveis de connexi\u00f3<\/strong> a totes dues ciutats (serveis que enllacen el nucli urb\u00e0 amb l\u2019\u00e0rea metropolitana i\/o regional).<\/li>\n<li>A Barcelona, la valoraci\u00f3 mitjana de l\u2019<strong>autob\u00fas interurb\u00e0<\/strong> per part dels seus usuaris baixa de 7,03 el 2024 a 6,47 el 2025; mentre que, a Madrid, s\u2019observen caigudes tant en l\u2019<strong>autob\u00fas interurb\u00e0<\/strong> (de 7,11 a 6,40) com en <strong>Cercan\u00edas<\/strong> (de 7,36 a 5,56).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1726\"><strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1026\">Mobilitat compartida:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1726\">A Barcelona, l\u2019\u00fas dels serveis de mobilitat compartida <strong>es mant\u00e9 estable<\/strong>, malgrat l\u2019augment de l\u2019oferta, amb l\u2019entrada en servei de les llic\u00e8ncies metropolitanes de <em>motosharing<\/em> i la renovaci\u00f3 de llic\u00e8ncies de <em>bikesharing<\/em> a operadors privats.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1726\"><strong>AMBici<\/strong>, el servei de bicicleta compartida de l\u2019AMB operatiu a 15 municipis de l\u2019\u00e0rea metropolitana de Barcelona, es consolida i se situa com el segon servei m\u00e9s utilitzat, per darrere del Bicing.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1726\">A Madrid, la penetraci\u00f3 de la mobilitat compartida baixa del 39,4% el 2024 al 35,7% el 2025. El retroc\u00e9s \u00e9s especialment acusat en el <em><strong>carsharing<\/strong><\/em>, amb una caiguda tant en el nivell d\u2019\u00fas (del 17,6% al 15,5%) com en la valoraci\u00f3 mitjana dels serveis (de 7,6 a 7,0).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column_inner fusion-builder-nested-column-1 fusion_builder_column_inner_1_5 1_5 fusion-one-fifth fusion-column-last\" style=\"width:20%;width:calc(20% - Pel que fa al paper del<strong> transport p\u00fablic<\/strong>, Sanyer va afirmar que \u201cl<em>a consolidaci\u00f3 de la T-Mobilitat \u00e9s clau<\/em>\u201d per millorar el coneixement de l\u2019usuari i la gesti\u00f3 del sistema. Aix\u00ed mateix, va posar el focus en el fet que cal <strong>cuidar el servei d\u2019autobusos<\/strong>, especialment els de connexi\u00f3 o interurbans, que \u201c<em>corren el risc de morir d\u2019\u00e8xit<\/em>\u201d. Tamb\u00e9 va parlar de la import\u00e0ncia de comunicar perqu\u00e8 els usuaris estiguin ben informats. Una de les seves claus est\u00e0 en la seva <strong>estrat\u00e8gia centrada en l\u2019usuari<\/strong>, amb un doble objectiu: \u201c<em>El que necessito \u00e9s fidelitzar els clients que utilitzen el tramvia i motivar els que no utilitzen cap transport p\u00fablic<\/em>\u201d. I ho fan a trav\u00e9s de tres eixos: la <strong>fiabilitat<\/strong>, la <strong>seguretat<\/strong> i l\u2019<strong>experi\u00e8ncia del viatge<\/strong>. Precisament, arran d\u2019aquesta preocupaci\u00f3 per la bona experi\u00e8ncia del viatge, han estat guardonats amb un premi a Londres per ser, en paraules de L\u00f3pez, \u201c<em>l\u2019\u00fanic operador d\u2019Europa que quan perds un objecte al tramvia te\u2019l porta a casa amb un missatger<\/em>\u201d. Aix\u00ed mateix, va posar en valor el paper de la <strong>tecnologia<\/strong> en la millora de l\u2019operaci\u00f3. Els seus discursos van anar en la mateixa l\u00ednia: la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019invertir en el <strong>manteniment<\/strong>, i per tant en el seu finan\u00e7ament, en les pol\u00edtiques de <strong>comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong> i en la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 dels missatges.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"689\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La jornada va acabar amb un
